  6. What are some of the things you do to reduce shipping costs?

  7. Do you offer rush shipping and, if so, what will the cost be?

  8. How quickly will returns be processed?

  9. Who is responsible for the cost of correcting errors?

  10. If things don’t work out, can I cancel at any time and how many days of notice am I required to give if I wish to cancel?
